Young Adults
Ages 18-24
Some of the most notable news stories in the past decade have been about sexual assault on campuses across the country.
Sexual assault on college campuses is just as prevalent today as it was 20 years ago.
However, our college students are not the only ones at risk.
Women and men, aged 18-24, are at an increased risk of sexual assault, whether they are a student or not.
"Women (18-24) are at an elevated risk of sexual violence.
Women in college 3x greater risk.
Women not in college 4x greater risk."

Men are not immune to sexual violence at this age. In fact, male college students, 18-24, are "78% more likely to be a victim of rape or sexual violence" (RAINN statistic).
Cases of sexual assault and/or sexual violence are often not reported, leaving the victim to deal with the aftermath. No one should have to suffer alone.
